After leaving the GNRS on day 2, Luke & I were hungry, literally, for another taste of SoCal Polynesian Pop, so we headed for Damon's Steakhouse in Glendale. In business since 1937, Damon's decor is more Pre-Tiki Polynesian, but it is very cool. The murals are amazing & they have a great collection of vintage swag lamps. Luke & I each ordered filets & Damon's didn't disappoint. The food was excellent & the Mai Tais tasty. This place is definitely worth a return trip.

You should of went to their mai tai brunch...its breakfast with booze :)
ReplyDeleteWhat time is that? We were at the GNRS til pretty late. I don't think we got to Damon's til almost 9:00.
