Crack Of Dawn Flea Marketing
Sunday, June 19:
I have a love/hate relationship with flea markets. I love going to them, but I really hate the time I've got to get up to get there! Today, I dragged my sorry behind outta bed & hit the road for the Rietta Ranch Flea Market. It was definitely worth the trip. Here's what I scored:
"Building & Racing the Hot Rod" paperback: Paid $1.00 Sold $10.00
50's Ford All Purpose Traveling Light-NIB: Paid $1.00 Sold $20.00
1959 Massachusetts/DAV license plate key tag: $3.00
3 LPs: Aloha Apaka-Alfred Apaka
Hawaii-The Surfmen
Hawaiian dreams-Joe Maize & His Cordsmen
Soundtrack Of The Day:
Buck Stevens & the Buckshots
Kim Lenz & her Jaguars
Hawaiian Eye
Connie Stevens
Doo Wop Box

I looked at a accessory Ford map light, with the box, just like that at the Paso Robles Vintage Ford swap yesterday...
ReplyDeleteI told myself if I didn't sell it at the first show, I'd keep it. It sold right away. I should have priced it higher.
